9 Accused Nabbed for Robbery in Bastar
Two 4 wheelers and 4 bikes along with 8 mobile phones and cash of Rs 5300 was recovered from accused.9 accused were arrested for robbery on intervening nights of 4-5 June.A team of 37 police officers was constituted to execute the arrest.
Bastar: The Bastar police has caught 9 on charges of robbery. According to the police the incident took place on the intervening nights of 4-5 June in Ghat Dhanora of Badanji police station area.
Two 4 wheelers and 4 bikes along with 8 mobile phones and cash of Rs 5300 was seized from the accused. As per the complaint filed a sum of Rs 30,000 in cash and 2 mobile phones were stolen from the residence.
The arrest was sought based on the techincal evidences collected the team of 37 police officials who were engaged in the case, said Jagdalpur ASP OP Sharma. All the accuded were cordoned off at different area in the drict.
The prime accused is identified as Baldev Baghel who along with his associates planned the robbery. The accused have been sent to remand after being produced before the court.
