Being an entrepreneur and running your own business is not easy. It takes a lot of planning and courage for a person to begin their start-up. In their journey, one may even encounter failures and feel dejected. However, learning from makes is a part of businesses too. Recently, one such story appeared on Shark Tank India season two and has won hearts.The co-founder of Flatheads Shoes, Ganesh Balakrishnan, solicited funding for his start-up participating in the fifth episode of Shark Tank India season 2. Balakrishnan’s start-up was having trouble, which the investors observed in the reality TV series. The company’s financial resources had run out, and the co-founder had left Balakrishnan behind. In the note Aman Gupta said he could see a reflection of him in Balakrishnan. He also added that it is tough to take feedback and accept it. He wrote, “When I was on my entrepreneurial journey, I started once but restarted 5 times. Went to the corporate world and then came back to entrepreneurship. While my story makes for a great story now after being somewhat successful, when you’re experiencing the failures, it’s unnerving. I also have faced those days. I also have failed before being successful. I also have been down before being here. I also am a human before being a shark.”Take a look at the post here:

After Aman Gupta shared this post, Balakrishnan took to LinkedIn to explain his feelings regarding the episode. He said that he had been dreading the airing of Flatheads episode.
