Online Applications For School Enrollments To Close In 2 Days

Raipur: Only two days are left for children to enroll in schools under the Right to Education Act as online applications will close after 10 April 2023. After this, the adminration will begin the scrutiny of documents from April 11.
4920 RTE seats in 515 schools in the drict. Online applications will be taken till April 10 for admission to these seats. From April 11 to May 11, the nodal officers will verify the documents of the applicants.
25 per cent of the seats in the state have been reserved on the basis of number regered in schools as the number of seats has reduced than the previous year. Moreover, many schools have been closed since 2019.
Under Right to Education, only 4920 seats are left in 515 schools for the academic year 2023-24. Earlier in the academic year 2022-23, the number of schools was 528 and the number of seats was 5728. Therefore 808 seats have been reduced.
After this, the lottery and allotment of seats will take place from May 15 to May 25. The second phase of regration will be from July 1 to July 15. Scrutiny of documents will begin from July 16 to Jul 25, lottery allotment from July 27 to August 2 and admissions shall take place from August 3 to August 14.
