IED Blasts Averted in Bijapur

A team of Keripu 229/C Samvay Aavapalli and Aavapalli Drict Force recovered the IEDs.2 IED bombs diffused near Shiv Temple Road.The IEDs had a Directional Pipe Bomb Command System.

Bijapur: 2 IED bombs fitted with a directional Pipe Bomb Command System were diffused the team of Keripu 229/C Samvay Aavapalli and Aavapalli Drict Force near the Shiva temple on the Usoor-Avapalli road on Saturday, officials said

According to security officials, the IED was planted with an intention to hurt the CRPF forces oan duty. However, the blast was averted the team of drict forces on duty.

As per the reports the IED was discovered the team of Keripu 229/C Samvay Aavapalli and Aavapalli Drict Force who was carrying out an anti-mao operation in the naxal dominated Usoor area of the drict.
