CM tables supplementary budget
Amid the chaos created by opposition members in the Chhattisgarh Assembly on Tuesday, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel tabled the supplementary budget of Rs 2,108.62 crores in the House.
On the second day of the winter session, as the House resumed after adjournment, BJP members continued to shout slogans over allocation of houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).
The Speaker then asked the Ministers to continue with the official work.
Despite interruptions, the Chief Minister, who also holds the Finance portfolio, tabled the supplementary budget. A discussion will be held on December 15.
The Speaker then adjourned the House for the day.
