HC Issues Over 100 Judicial Transfers And Postings

Civil judge Sumit Kumar Harsayana has been appointed as deputy director at Bilaspur.High court has issued transfer and posting orders for 127 judicial officers.HC ordered transfer of more than 100 civil judges of class two ranks.

Raipur: The Chhattisgarh high court has issued transfer and posting orders for 127 judicial officers. A separate posting order for deputy director and adminrative officers has been issued transferring several Judicial Magrates First Class (JMFCs). The HC has also issued orders of transferring more than 100 civil judges of class two ranks.

According to the order issued the HC, civil judge Sumit Kumar Harsayana posted in Raipur under lower judicial service has been appointed as deputy director of Chhattisgarh state judicial academy in Bilaspur. A civil judge class two officer of lower judicial service, Lokesh Patle of Deobhog, has been appointed as an adminrative officer to the state judicial academy in Bilaspur.

Class one civil judges, who have been appointed as a chief judicial magrate (CJM) include Narendra Kumar from Kawardha, Monika Jayaswal from Surajpur, Sushma Lakda from Dhamtari, Manish Kumar Dubey from Gariyaband, Krishnakant Bharadwaj, Sanjay Ratre, Jitendra Thakur, Mona Chauhan, Krishna Kumar Suryavanshi along with others.
