Chhattisgarh Elections 2023: Baghel Government Appoints 33 Miners

Raipur: Chhattisgarh is getting ready for the Assembly elections. There have been recent changes in the drict assignments of miners within the state government. Deputy CM TS Singh Deo has been given the task of overseeing the Bemetara and Kabirdham dricts in the Durg division. In addition to this, there have been rearrangements in the drict responsibilities of the 11 miners as part of their election preparation strategy.
On Thursday night an official order was issued the state government announcing a l of changes in drict assignments for all 12 miners. Each miner has been allocated charge of dricts across all 33 dricts in the state. Miner Kawasi Lakhma is now responsible for five dricts, in the Bastar division while Miner Shiv Kumar Dahariya has been entrusted with four dricts, including Ambikapur, which happens to be Deputy CM TS Singh Deo’s hometown. Furthermore, Forest Miner Mohammad Akbar has taken charge of Durg drict, which’s Chief Miner Bhupesh Baghels home drict.
The miners have been assigned dricts, in Chhattisgarh. Tamradhwaj Sahu will be responsible for Mahasamund and Bilaspur Mohammad Akbar for Durg and Balod Kawasi Lakhma for Bastar, Dantewada, Bijapur, Kondagaon and Narayanpur. Shiv Dahariya will oversee Surguja (Ambikapur) Balrampur, Surajpur and Korba. Anila Wolf is entrusted with Kanker and Dhamtari while Guru Rudrakumar will take care of Mungeli and Sukma. 
Jai Singh Agarwal’s duties include Janjgir Champa, Gaurela Pendra Marwahi and Sakti dricts. Umesh Patel has been assigned Baloda Bazar, Saranggarh and Jashpur while Amarjeet Bhagat is responsible for Rajnandgaon, Gariaband, Khairagarh Chuikhadan Gandai and Mohla Manpur Ambagarh outpost. Lastly, Mohan Markam has been given Manendragarh Chirmiri Bharatpur and Koriya dricts as cabinet miners.
It’s worth mentioning that the Congress party in Chhattisgarh is going through a series of changes in leadership and organization as the elections approach. Various leaders are being entrusted with responsibilities to strengthen the party’s position. This includes appointing TS Singhdeo as Deputy CM, Deepak Baij as state president, and incorporating Mohan Markam into the cabinet while removing Miner Prem Sai Singh Tekam. These continuous changes reflect the partys efforts to streamline its strategy and preparations, for the contest.
