Man Beaten, Tied Upside Down for Theft

Three villagers beat man who attempted robbery.The incident is reported from Bilaspur.Police arrest men, case filed.

Bilaspur: In attempts to punish the man who eluded offences the police, a group of men from Bilaspur are seen hitting the accused tied to a tree upside down.

According to preliminary investigation, officials from Sipat police station area, a youth was accused of trying to steal entering the house. However, his attempts failed as the family caught him red handed and handed him to the police. The police added that no FIR was lodged as the robbery was attempted and not executed.

In the 49 seconds long video viral on Twitter, the accused is seen pleading for mercy as three men beat him relentlessly.

The police taking action agaisnt the three villagers has filed a case and arrested them.
