This decline in Naxalite activity is due to a number of factors, including; the state government’s focus on development in Naxal-affected areas. The government has built roads, schools, and hospitals in these areas, and it has also provided financial assance to farmers and small businesses.
The government’s outreach programs to the local population has also helped in reducing the influence of Naxalites on tribal population. The government has held meetings with villagers and tribals to len to their concerns and to address their grievances.
The state government has also increased the number of security forces in these areas, and it has also launched a number of operations against the Naxalites.
The formula of trust-development-security has been key to the decline in Naxalite activity in Chhattisgarh. focusing on development and outreach, the government has been able to win the hearts and minds of the local population. This has made it more difficult for the Naxalites to recruit new members and to carry out attacks.
The government’s efforts to combat Naxalism are still ongoing, but the results so far have been encouraging. The decline in Naxalite activity is a positive sign, and it shows that the government’s strategy is working.
The formula of trust-development-security is a comprehensive approach to combating Naxalism. It is not a quick fix, but it is a long-term strategy that is showing results.
