Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister and Congress leader TS Singh Deo thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for all the important projects he announced for the state.
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister and Congress leader TS Singh Deo’s fiery words to Prime Minister Narendra Modi at an event where both were present intrigued.
Prime Minister Modi on Thursday laid the foundation for setting up ‘critical care units’ in nine districts of Chhattisgarh and distributed 100 million sickle cell advisory cards on Thursday. He also announced several other major projects.
At an event, Mr. Deo welcomed Prime Minister Modi and told the crowd, “You have come here to give something. You have given a lot to Chhattisgarh and I believe you will give us more in the future.”
The Congress leader thanked PM Modi for all the projects announced by him. “We worked under the guidance of the center and I do not want to fail to say that in my experience I felt no prejudice… In this state, when we asked something from the center, they never believe it. the state and the center will work together to take the state and the state forward… PM Modi later shook hands with the Congress leader.
In his address, Prime Minister Modi said that Chhattisgarh is taking a big step towards development by unveiling railway projects worth over Rs 6,400 crore. “Chhattisgarh is the powerhouse of the country’s development,” said PM Modi, saying the country will progress only when its forces work at full strength.
